Hour 3: Ryen Russillo calls for no reason. The Magic Crate of Content: Ichiro Suzuki back in Seattle, Arsene Wenger, pancakes or waffles, handstand.  Take-Off: Stugotz vs Gotzllermo.  Dan has arrived.  Chris Simms' QB #9: Matt Ryan.
