Thursday - Dan Would Be Jalepeño Poppervich

local hour: Kobe is powerless to harm your team now.  Dan says Goran Dragic would put up Isaiah Thomas's numbers in Brad Steven's system, but Mike Ryan disagrees.   Audio: In school, NBA's Morris twins fought back to back against a couple of football players and a couple of basketball players.  The Kentucky Fraud Chickens squawk after a texter catches Stu lying about re-listening to the Emannuel Sanders interview.  Audio: Stu storms off not connecting a phoner from Ken Arnold: "...You guys figure it out, good bye."

Hour 1: Names Dan would have as an athlete, Dirk Notthinski, Dwaye Weight, Derek Carbs.  Stu whispers, as the person who tells the Louisville recruits where the prostitutes are.  Phoner: Christopher Bench, chief curator of the Toy Hall of Fame.   

Hour 2: Jay Glazer stole their spot on Ballers.

Hour 3: Phoner: Ben Stiller, who interrupts Stu.     Phoner: Metta World Peace.  Epic Sound of the Day: Fat southern woman recounts story where she wants a McDonald's clerk to offer her a second McRib.  "McScuse me, bitch?"  Game: Family Feud: If Dan would were an athlete, his name would be blank.

Wednesdays with Bomani Jones - Analytics Bog

local hour: Heat Talk.  Bomani says Empire is so awful. Audio: Papi reads from "Fifty Shades of Grey" and Bomani laughs.  

Hour 1: Bomani does an impression of Michael McDonald. Phoner: Steve Smith, NBA. 

Hour 2: Phoner: Killer Mike, from Outkast.  Audio: Charles Barkley doesn't like analytics.  Bomani says, "I think the perception that guys like Barkley have, fair or otherwise, is that these guys who do all the stuff with numbers who are getting into these front offices are basically thinking that they can cook up an algorithm that will give you a winner, as opposed to needing talent."  You can't turn scraps into winners.   Phoner: Lester Munson, ESPN legal analyst, talks Aaron Hernandez.

Hour 3: Phoner: Amin Elhassan, in his second appearance on The Show, explains analytics and why people don't like them.  Bomani Jones' Pop Culture Minute: To become lovable, Kanye West should do what it takes to become ODB.  Phoner: Tim Commerford, bassist for RATM, for a third straight day, joined by his friend, John McEnroe.  Stugotz texted David Robinson 12 times last night.

Hour 1: LeBron James switched the narrative to all-time greatness because this is Kevin Durant's year.  Phoner: Jalen Rose. 

Hour 2: Phoner: Charles Barkley.

Hour 3: Audio: Skip Bayliss says LeBron James declined the slam dunk contest because he is afraid of losing.
